Our Pricing
You get your full price on the phone, before a truck leaves the yard. Our fee, your miles and the tax are all inside the number.
Day rates run 7am–7pm where your vehicle is. Nights are 7pm–7am.
How we work out your price
- Tow — $169 to hook you up, $189 if it won't roll in neutral. Then miles: $8/mile under 5 miles, $9/mile from 5 to 20, $10/mile past 20.
- Jump Start — $150 day, $200 night. Two batteries $229, three $265, four $295, any hour.
- Flate Tire — $165 day, $200 night off your spare. Need a tire? Same fee plus what the tire costs us, and we tell you that before we buy it.
- Lockout — $150 day, $200 night.
- Out of Gas — $199 covers the first 5 miles, then $5/mile. Fuel goes on at pump price. We don't mark it up.
- Mechanic on site — $150 day, $300 night to come diagnose it.
- Stuck — $285 to pull you from within 10ft of the pavement, $100 for every 10ft further out.
What can change the price
A tow longer than the range above. Access that turns out blocked or unsafe. Bad weather — ice, flooding, high wind — that makes the job slower or riskier. Anything over 10,000 lbs. A recovery needing special gear. Or a scene that isn't what was described on the call. If any of that comes up, we price it in front of you and don't start until you say go.
Your final number comes before we start and before you pay. Don't like it? Walk away. No charge.
